www.LouiseSeijentenHoorn.com is an e-commerce service operated by Louise Seijen ten Hoorn in London, UK.

Shipping and Delivery Terms:
Please refer to “Shipping and Delivery” for information on costs of delivery.
Reasonable measures will be taken to dispatch your item on or before the specified date.
However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and Louise will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. If you need your item to arrive before a certain date, please arrange this by using the contact form before ordering.
Items are only shipped when full payment for the goods has been received.
Terms of sale:
Before your order can be accepted, full payment must be received for the goods that you order.
Once payment has been received, it will be confirmed that your order has been accepted by email, to the email address provided by you. This acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
UK Statutory Rights according the the Consumer Act apply.
In the event that you change your mind about your purchase, refunds are not accepted. If you are unhappy with the order, please get in touch to see if we can arrange an exchange or credit note. If you are unsure about the item, please arrange a visit to my studio in Pimlico before ordering.
Returns are only accepted on the basis of faulty or damaged goods. Liability for damaged goods is only accepted if the item was insufficiently packaged or technically faulty. (Wear and tear over time is normal, and does not classify as faulty or damaged goods.)
In case of a faulty item, you will first be offered a replacement or repair + a refund for the postage. If you are not happy with this, you will receive a full refund for the item + postage and my sincere apologies.
Louise Seijen ten Hoorn reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at any time. Please visit this page to check that you still agree with them before placing an order.
