Terms of sale:
Before your order can be accepted, full payment must be received for the goods that you order.
Once payment has been received, it will be confirmed that your order has been accepted by email, to the email address provided by you. This acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Returns:
UK Statutory Rights according the the Consumer Act apply.
If you are unsure about the item, please arrange a visit to my studio in south London before ordering.
In the event that you change your mind about your purchase, a refund or exchange can be arranged within 14 working days. The item needs to be returned unworn, in its original condition and packaging. Please get in touch using the contact form.
Returns are the customer’s responsibility, so please ensure that items are returned securely and sent with a tracking service such as Royal Mail special delivery. Postage fees for returns are at the expense of the customer.
Returns after 14 working days are only accepted on the basis of faulty or damaged goods. Liability for damaged goods is only accepted if the item was insufficiently packaged or technically faulty. (Wear and tear over time is normal, and does not classify as faulty or damaged goods.)
In case of a faulty item, you will first be offered a replacement or repair + a refund for the postage. If you are not happy with this, you will receive a full refund for the item + postage and my sincere apologies.
